Sales teams are frustrated with their sales tools
I bet you have invested in, at least, a couple of sales tools. I also bet that some of your sales people are finding it hard to use them all for various reasons. I might be wrong, but according to a new study made by Accenture Digital, this is actually very common.
The study involved more than 800 sales reps and exec's. Some of the sales reps claimed that the platforms seemed to be used for monitoring results rather than increasing performance. Others reported to have too many sales tools to use.
Accenture gathered the most interesting parts of the study in an explicit infographic. To each challenge they also suggest a solution.
